I have the cutest Roxy tan boots. Just a bit higher than my ankles and have a darker brown belt like thing that goes over the foot with a gold buckle. But I don't know what to wear with tan boots...

I read it on mangafox.com and it says the 4th chapter (the last one) was added on August 3rd and that was a couple weeks ago so I was wondering are they making the next chapter right now...are you POSITIVE whether its done or its ongoing 3.
